Guides hold first-aid certificates, know every recovery point on the routes, and maintain constant radio contact with base. The hotel pickup service also coordinates the return: if your group finishes earlier or later than expected, a single message is enough.

The 3-hour tour is rated moderate. Prior experience on a quad, motorbike or off-road vehicle is an advantage, not a requirement.
